What we doSERVICES
Generative engine optimization services
We help businesses investigate how they appear in AI answers and improve the information available about them. The starting point is a useful buying question and a clear understanding of the customer you want.
Choose a focused assessment or discuss a broader engagement once the work is defined.
AI answer and source research
We examine an agreed set of questions to see which businesses appear and what sources the answers reference. We record the observations and inspect relevant source pages directly.
The output is a research record with prioritized findings. It should help explain where your business has a plausible opportunity and where an apparent gap has little commercial significance.
This can be commissioned as a standalone GEO audit. The scope specifies the questions and platforms included, along with the depth of the source review.
Company information and evidence
Your public pages should make it possible to evaluate the business accurately. We identify where the offer is unclear or an important claim lacks supporting detail.
Work can include improving service explanations and preparing content based on evidence your team supplies. If a proposed page needs a customer example, that example must be real and approved for use.
We agree on who writes and publishes each page. Technical implementation beyond the agreed scope is discussed separately.
Third-party source opportunities
Some useful information about your category lives on websites you don’t own. We can investigate relevant coverage opportunities and scope an approach to publishers where there is a credible reason for your business to be included.
The work begins with relevance and the source’s actual audience. A high domain metric on its own is a poor reason to pursue a mention.
Where outreach is included, the proposal identifies responsibilities and any outside costs. Independent editorial inclusion remains the publisher’s decision.
Observation and reporting
We can continue observing the agreed question set and review how the relevant sources change. Reports identify the work completed and what the available evidence suggests should happen next.
We distinguish a brand mention from a linked citation and examine the context of a recommendation. Business reporting can include relevant inquiries when the necessary tracking is in place.
The proposal specifies the cadence and the data you retain. You should be able to inspect the evidence behind the discussion.
Fit the scope to the problem
A business with strong product pages and little relevant outside coverage needs a different engagement from one whose basic service information is incomplete.
We discuss that starting point before proposing a program. If your existing team can complete part of the work, its responsibilities should be reflected in the scope.
For a practical example of the research process, start with the GEO audit guide.
Start with your website and one important question
Tell us which buyers you want to reach and what they might ask before choosing a provider. That gives us a useful basis for discussing the work.
